As a Project manager for a Danish NGO, I was managing a team of 30 volunteers, planning meetings, where we would plan the schedule for the opening hours as well as delegating tasks, making sure everyone understood their tasks. I would also do screenings and interviews with potential volunteers
Managing the fundraising process with our fundraiser and setting up collaborations with stakeholders. As a result, we made collaborations with other NGOs with a bank, and with IKEA
Planning events like team building days for our volunteers and hosting networking meetings with other NGOs
