Fashion store wanted more returning customers

A fashion store couldn't make people come back, so we focused on this by setting up automated email flows. Cross sale, win-back, etc. and it worked!
You have to automate as much as possible, so you can focus on scaling your company. By automating a lot of their flows, they saw people coming back and engaging more with their content. We used FB / IG ads for getting traffic to their website and for getting subscribers to their newsletter. After they've been on the website and accepted the marketing, they'd get hit with an email or an ad depending on their behavior. - Now that's cool! Their return rate increased from 0.47% to 13.47% and a lot of them actually bought.
