In 2015, I was hired to redesign the call center application of Fonebell, focusing on better UX, faster deployment, and modern design.

- Refresh the logo
- Identify UX problems in the old application
- Improve the call menu builder
- Define the visual language
- Create wireframes and mockups
- Design about 60 pages and state for the entire application
