Dubbed the Roosevelt Land Yacht Club, the design scheme of this unique housing concept consists of 30 repurposed Airstream trailers, integrated into a four-story steel structure that wraps around the northeast corner of an existing parking garage. The once forgotten 'leftover' 15-foot wide strip of land between the garage and the sidewalk transformed into a vibrant urban environment that provides affordable housing options for artists on cultural frontiers.
