This 1950's bungalow has been thoughtfully redesigned and renovated to an open studio with exposed structure and lofted ceilings that feels much larger than its 929 sf footprint. The transformation has drastically increased it's real estate value.
The completely new kitchen features a huge central island with quartzite countertops, a flush-mounted, Wolfe gas stove top, exhaust hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave and retro fridge.
The bathroom is fully tiled and equipped with an earth-formed concrete ramp sink vanity, open shelving, linen closet, toilet and rainfall shower.
