Libby's users are leaving the app and choosing to pay monthly for Audible, Spotify or any other audiobook platform! Why?
The following data is based on 5 interviews with current users of the app and 10 user tests with users who listen to audiobooks at least 3 days a week or would like to start listening to audiobooks at least 3 days a week.
