Changing the way web accessibility is handled at the start.

Overview

Collaborated with the IBM Accessibility team to update the tool used to demonstrate the IBM Accessibility Checker.
Conducted 17 user interviews, competitive analyses, and participated in IBM's iX Empathy Lab to gather insights.
Developed personas and defined user needs to inform design solutions.
Created wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to visualize the updated web experience.

A web experience that recreated the existing IBM accessibility demo site to help executives and IBM developers better understand the importance of accessibility through the facilitation of empathy.
