- PublishPress Future: allow you to add expiration data on a post
- PublishPress: organize and schedule content with a calendar and notification
- PublishPress Permissions: plugin for advance WordPress permissions
- PublishPress Revisions: allow you to approve, moderate and schedule revisions
- PublishPress Series: allow you to collect WordPress content together into a series.
On this position, my responsibilities are:
- Handle all customer queries on HelpScout
- Answering thread discussions on each plugin repository in WordPress.org
- Confirming bugs reported by the user
- Troubleshooting and escalating technical issues
- Creating GitHub issue for bugs or feature request
