Indicina is a technology company that helps businesses make smarter credit decisions at scale using artificial intelligence. The platform is used by customer segment that includes banks, insurers, consumer-finance, retail companies, and other merchants for creating credit rules or models, credit assessment and scoring, end-to-end loan portfolio management, and loan collections.

The ultimate goal of the design is to effectively communicate Indicina's core values of making smarter credit decisions at scale using artificial intelligence – through a cohesive visual identity and design system.

Through careful selection of design elements, we were able to establish a unique and recognizable brand identity that inspires trust and loyalty among customers, and drives meaningful change within the African credit industry.

Using the entire suite of artefacts that were delivered to Indicina, the in-house product team were able to design and build the new features and flows for the Originate app, which helped to grow the merchant base by over 70% and ultimately helped the company drive revenue upwards
