This the role not many people can't do because of their lack of Discipline.
Discipline is Very Important to have, compare to motivation, Discipline is Better!
Why Discipline has to do with Consistently? Because Discipline gives you Consistently....
But What About Motivation?
Motivation may get you started, But Compare to Discipline, it's useless...
It may get you started, but it wont keep you going.
When a Person feels motivated, it's only matter of time they'll don't feel like doing anything anymore, It happened to many people.
Discipline, regardless on how you feel, you still get the work done.
Motivation is Limited, Discipline isn't
When Coaches talks to you, What Do They Mention More?
Every Conversation i had with my coaches back in middle-high school, they used the word discipline more than they used the word Motivation.
REALISTICALLY SPEAKING, Discipline gets you to point A to point B.
No Matter what you always have to go to your destination, Once you made your decision and passionate about making it to that Point B, there's no going back because this is YOU wanted to do...
Are you Willingly determined to drive Point A to B ?
Do you do it because you Feel like it or do you have too?
I feel like it vs. I have to
To put it in short, If you want something done that you're passionate about, don't say "i feel like it" say "I have to" instead
Behind that "I have to" is staying consistent to your plans, staying discipline to your goals, NO MATTER HOW YOU FEEELING, you have to get that work done.
STAYING CONSISTENT = GETTING YOUR TASK DONE
There's going to be some things you don't feel like doing, but you're going to have too do it.
Why is it important? It's Important because as a Man or a Woman, you always have to stay true to yourself and your goals, If you don't full know about it then don't start your journey in begin with!
If you're going to start your journey, First you need a plan on How are you going to do this and that...
Starting your Journey without a plan is like Driving without a map where you want to go!
REMEMBER TO PLAN FIRST BEFORE TAKING ACTION
You Won't Grow if your not gonna stay consistent your whole journy, you might as well call it a day if you're going to fuck around and not do anything about it.
A Successful person always going to have to stay consistent whether if the plan goes south, or either if the plan changes difficulties.
This was bound to happen as soon you started your journey, no turning back now...
What's your choice ?
Would you rather go to an invited party with your friends or would you rather continue with your work?
Is it Worth going to that party? I mean you can but at the end of they day what will it benefit you? What will it do to make it more successful?
Nothing wrong with having a little fun, most of the time having way too much fun ruins your discipline, it ruins what goals you're trying to set up along the way.
YOU NEED DISCIPLINE TO STAY CONSISTANT
I Want Everyone that dear and love to become successful, not just me...
But it's their choice to take that leap of faith or waste their lives working that pays them less...
