Since December 23rd, and until January 12th, Sky: Children of the Light gives you the chance to visit the Alice’s Wonderland Cafe!
A Gentle Social Game
The game, developed by Thatgamecompany, is a visually enchanting game filled with puzzles and exploration, with no combat. It’s a relaxing adventure designed to be played with others, as yes, it’s an online multiplayer game!
You can write small wishes for other players to read, take their hand, and fly with them. In short, it’s an MMO without dungeons or bosses, focused on kindness, tranquility, and numerous activities through various events.
I must admit that, although I played on mobile for a while, I’m quite impressed with the number of events and surprises the developers have in store. Since its release, the game has consistently brought us collaborations to keep it alive through different events, including the most recent one with the Moomins.
And this month, it’s all about transforming the Aviary Village Cafe with a Alice in Wonderland theme during the Days of Feast.
Welcome to the Alice’s Wonderland Cafe
In this cafe where books and teacups are ten times your size, and the spirits around you all seem to have the Mad Hatter‘s flair for madness, there’s plenty to keep you entertained.
Speaking of him, he’ll be there to play some music with you, and you’ll also be able to enjoy tea parties with other players. Of course, the many quests available will keep you busy, but don’t get lost in the mazes along the way.
By completing various quests and activities, you’ll have the chance to earn Event Tickets shaped like snowflakes, which can be used to purchase numerous cosmetics, all inspired by the famous Alice in Wonderland universe. You may even find some along your journey if you’re lucky.
After the event ends, you’ll still be able to use a portal to revisit the cafe at any time. However, be aware that you will no longer be able to collect tickets or purchase cosmetics.
Available on Steam, mobile, PlayStation 4 & 5, and Nintendo Switch.
