In this project, I successfully integrated the client's ERP system, which utilized Microsoft SQL Server as the database, with their WooCommerce website. The primary goal was to automate data synchronization between the ERP and the online store, ensuring real-time updates for products, inventory, and orders. Leveraging n8n, a powerful automation tool, I built workflows that seamlessly connected the two platforms.

Key functionalities included:

Product Sync: Automatic synchronization of product data, including stock levels, descriptions, and prices from the ERP system to the WooCommerce store.

Order Processing: Automated transfer of order details from WooCommerce to the ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Inventory Management: Real-time updates between WooCommerce and the ERP system to prevent stock discrepancies.

This integration streamlined operations, reduced manual data entry, and improved overall business efficiency by creating a fully connected system.
