Overview:
I led the UX and product design for a comprehensive vaccine stock tracking system tailored for Kingsley Logistics. The platform supports real-time vaccine inventory management across multiple surgeries, powered by RFID-based fridge integration and live delivery tracking.
What I Designed:
Main Dashboard:
Real-time stock summaries, expiry alerts, fridge monitoring (IoT data), and reorder insights.
Surgery Dashboards:
Individual surgery views with live temperature logs, inventory breakdowns, order history, and usage trends.
Stock Database Search:
Advanced filters and a searchable interface to locate stock by vaccine, batch, location, expiry, and more.
Order & Tracking Flows:
Interfaces for placing orders, selecting urgency, and tracking deliveries live via Trackpod API, with support contact and transport temperature logs.
Admin Features:
Designed workflows for managing signup requests, adding new surgeries, and configuring stock thresholds.
Impact:
Streamlined stock visibility across multiple care centers
Reduced risk of expiry and cold chain failure through proactive alerts
Simplified operations for both surgeries and Kingsley’s logistics team
What’s Next:
I'm currently building out a scalable design system to unify UI components, streamline future development, and support role-based interfaces across admin, surgery, and logistics views. This includes:
A reusable component library (cards, forms, tables, modals)
Defined color tokens, type scale, and spacing system
Interaction states (alerts, loading, empty, error)
Accessibility-first design standards for clinical environments
