Housekicks Shopify Website Redesign

I revamped a Shopify Website for a German Comfy Footwear brand 👟🚀 The main focus was to increase the website Conversion Rate and AOV(Average Order Value). For this project, I looked closely at customer reviews, return reasons, and support messages to spot patterns — things people loved, what confused them, or what made them hesitate.

I also used Hotjar to see how people were actually using the site — where they clicked, what they skipped, where they dropped off.

Based on all that, I made sure to:

Add real customer reviews in the right spots

Include a clear FAQ to answer common questions

Clean up the layout so it’s easier to browse and buy

Basically, I made things simpler, more trustworthy, and easier to shop.

In the first 24 hours of publishing the changes, we already got a 22% increase in the Add to Cart rate and 16% increase in Conversions.
