Senior Linux System Administrator & Project manager

Responsibilities:

1. Installing, configuring, and maintaining Linux-based servers 2. Managing server software and hardware configurations 3. Monitoring server performance and troubleshooting issues 4. Maintaining server security and implementing appropriate security measures 5. Creating and managing backups and disaster recovery plans 6. Managing user accounts and access permissions 7. Automating server administration tasks using scripting or other tools 8. Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in server administration 9. Developing project plans & timelines 10. Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members 11. Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely delivery 12. Identifying and mitigating project risks 13. Communicating project updates and status reports to stakeholders 14.Managing project scope and ensuring deliverables meet requirements 15. Building strong relationships with clients and managing stakeholder expectations 16. Continuously evaluating project outcomes and identifying opportunities for improvement

In a combined role as a Linux Server Administrator and Project Manager, I am responsible for performing both sets of duties, ensuring the smooth operation of Linux servers while also leading projects to successful completion. This requires a strong balance of technical expertise, project management skills, and communication abilities.
