Developing project plans & timelines 10. Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members 11. Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely delivery 12. Identifying and mitigating project risks 13. Communicating project updates and status reports to stakeholders 14.Managing project scope and ensuring deliverables meet requirements 15. Building strong relationships with clients and managing stakeholder expectations 16. Continuously evaluating project outcomes and identifying opportunities for improvement
