My goal was to redesign an existing Shopify e-commerce site to increase conversion. Starting with a UX audit to find the pain points of each page and why it was difficult for users to shop. I found many critical mistakes, which were addressed by creating better information architecture and cleaner structure for each page. Now the navigation is intuitive, with clear categories and quick links to new arrivals and popular items. I've put a lot of effort into the PDP, which describes a wide range of uses and functions of SENECA garments. Each product page provides detailed descriptions, high-resolution images, and options for different sizes and colors, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
