This case study covers the delivery pattern for internal AI workflow automation: intake, support routing, hiring coordination, and similar repeatable operations.

The design goal is the same as the rest of the practice: automate routine coordination while keeping a human at consequential boundaries (approvals, exceptions, and production changes).
