PUMB is one of Ukraine’s leading fintech companies. Within their mobile banking app, I redesigned the Currency Services section, transforming it into a centralized Currency Space - that brings together all currency-related features — including buying and selling currencies, managing cash orders, viewing live exchange rates, setting limit orders, and tracking exchange rate notifications.

As the Product Designer, I led the end-to-end UX/UI design process — from research and conceptual design to prototyping, high-fidelity UI, and developer handoff. My goal was to create a seamless and scalable experience that simplifies currency operations for everyday users.

The main challenge was to increase user engagement and loyalty by enhancing usability and making complex financial features more approachable.

To solve this, I:

Consolidated multiple services into one clear and intuitive interface.

Designed interactive currency charts for USD and EUR to make trends easy to understand.

Created a unified screen where users can see all active orders and notifications without switching between separate histories or archives.

This approach allowed me to reduce cognitive load and streamline user interaction.

The new Currency Hub became a key engagement point within the app:

Users can view and manage their active alerts for exchange rate changes. Quick toggles make it easy to enable or disable standard notifications for app and branch rates, while advanced alerts let users set custom thresholds to be notified when a currency hits a specific target.
