PUMB (one of Ukraine’s leading fintech companies) extended its mobile banking app with a direct Payoneer integration, enabling users to manage their international business payments seamlessly.
This feature allows PUMB clients to view Payoneer balances, transfer funds to their PUMB accounts, access account details for receiving payments, and easily share them — all without leaving the app.
My Role
As a Product Designer, I was responsible for the full UX/UI design process: from user flow mapping and prototyping to high-fidelity interface design and developer handoff. I collaborated closely with product managers, business analysts, and the development team.
Challenge
Simplify the process of managing Payoneer funds directly from the PUMB mobile app.
The Main Goals Were:
Enable users to link their Payoneer accounts via the app.
Display USD and EUR Payoneer balances.
Allow instant withdrawals to PUMB’s foreign currency accounts.
Provide easy access to payment details with a share option.
Ensure a frictionless user experience for both new and existing clients.
Impact & Results
Significant growth in international payment volumes through Payoneer.
Increased foreign currency exchange volumes and commission-based income.
Acquisition of new clients seeking seamless Payoneer-PUMB integration.
Boosted customer loyalty by addressing long-standing client requests.
First Step
Open the PUMB app, select Payments, then International transfers, Payoneer. Sign in to your Payoneer account and select the balance: USD or EUR, to withdraw funds from.
Second step
Enter the required amount, select a card or account and tap on Transfer.
Done! The money is already in your PUMB account.
Additional Information
Clients also have access to general information about the system’s key benefits, tariffs, and limits, as well as the option to switch accounts if they have two or more accounts.
