It has been an ongoing project since Summer 2022, so my responsibilities have changed over time. But in a nutshell, I'm responsible for most online content.

I write a weekly blog of SEO content for their website, a monthly newsletter, and social media posts on various platforms.

The blog post process has varied over the years. Sometimes I write based off bullet points or rough drafts, while other times I write from audio recordings. And there are times when I write from scratch, with simply a topic to go on.

The newsletter is based on a rough draft written by the client. I revise it and manage the whole process, formatting it on the mailing platform, then scheduling it for the correct group(s) or segment(s).

I also helped create a style and workflow guide for their various platforms and designed a spreadsheet to schedule posts and organize all the moving parts.
