A great recruiter listens and forms relationships with their candidates which is exactly what Pearl did on a daily basis. Pearl genuinely cared about her candidates. I remember Pearl going to bat for a candidate that she truly believed was not being compensated accordingly. She brought forth her reasons for concern and it was her attention to detail and dedication to this candidate that really stood out, not only to me, but to her team.
