Client: Right Hands (UAE-based home services platform)

Right Hands is an on-demand home services app offering cleaning, laundry, handyman, pest control, and maid hiring services across the UAE. The app connects users with trusted professionals, allowing them to schedule, manage, and pay for services seamlessly.

As the lead product designer, I handled the full design scope of the Right Hands app from scratch. My responsibilities included:

Designing the entire mobile user experience for both iOS and Android.

Creating a modular UI system with reusable components and scalable design patterns.

Leading UX for complex booking flows, real-time availability, service scheduling, and user onboarding.

Designing features for subscription plans, recurring bookings, cleaner profiles, and maid hiring workflows (live-in/live-out).

Collaborating with the client to organize backend architecture, define content structure, and ensure all service data was properly integrated.

Crafting UX microcopy and user guidance for a frictionless experience.

Creating custom 3D-style illustrations and icons to enhance branding and improve user trust.

This project demonstrates my ability to handle complex service apps end-to-end—from structure and flow, to interface and launch-ready design assets.
