I built InstaBook, a white-label talent intake workstation for trailer and cinematic music houses. Most houses still run intake through Gmail threads and spreadsheets nobody wants to maintain, with coordinators cross-referencing thousands of artists against active briefs by hand.

InstaBook gives each house a workstation that lives on their domain, a 104-column talent profile built from real intake data, a Work Pool that matches briefs against the roster in seconds, and a skinning system that makes each workstation feel native to the brand.
