🎯 The Goal

The goal of this sequence is to turn subscribers who didn't purchase the high-ticket program for $4,999 into paying customers by offering them something at a lower cost.

🤓 My Process

First and foremost, I acknowledged the action they didn't take (buying the program) with empathy and understanding. I then tried to create curiosity by opening a loop in the first email. Since they had just gone through a whole sequence of sales emails, I didn't want to overwhelm them by pitching the low-ticket offer right away. This initial email gave them some room to breathe.
I then softly transitioned into another sales sequence using a conversational tone that made the emails easy to read and understand, positioning CTAs throughout the email copy.
Adding a limited-time discount to this email sequence added scarcity and made the offer more compelling.
