A brand identity shaped by happy employees

Ratermann Manufacturing is known for its upbeat culture, strong customer relationships, and employee-driven energy. However, their brand identity did not reflect that vibrancy. The existing design felt overly corporate and conservative, which did not align with the company's dynamic personality. Instead of pursuing a full rebrand, Ratermann chose a strategic brand refresh that maintained familiarity while introducing a more energetic visual language. I started by updating the logo, refining the letterforms and introducing a brighter color palette. This foundation expanded into a flexible design system that brings clarity and consistency to their marketing materials, packaging, and event presence.
