Retorna is a money transfer application designed for migrants in Latin America, offering transfers to countries such as Colombia, Venezuela, Chile, the United States, and several others. The app boasts over 100,000 active users across various parts of the world.
The challenge
The application had reached a plateau in user acquisition, which necessitated the development of an accelerated growth strategy that would encompass all fronts to increase active users on the platform, attract new users, enhance user retention, and reactivate dormant users.
What we did
