Before working together, ProcessDriven’s brand was a patchwork of DIY design, freelance collaborations, and well-intentioned guidelines that just weren’t hitting the mark.
They were spending way too much energy trying to make a their brand look okay when what they really needed was a clear, cohesive system that worked as smoothly as the processes they teach.
So, we hit reset, stepping back to build a strategic, beautifully designed brand that finally feels right and makes sense for where they’re headed.

Logo Design

Nostalgic. Polished. Simple.

The ProcessDriven logo was designed to strike the perfect balance between nostalgia and modern polish. Inspired by bold retro wordmarks, it nods to timeless brands built on trust and clarity, a reflection of ProcessDriven’s commitment to making systems simple and sustainable.
Clean lines, simple typography, and a minimal layout give the logo a sense of sophistication, while its subtle retro influence adds warmth and familiarity, resulting in a mark that feels both approachable and enduring.

Inspired by blueprints, grids, and the satisfying order of automation, the identity brings structure, clarity, and calm to every touchpoint. It’s a brand that feels organised but never rigid, one that adapts, evolves, and grows right alongside the business.

ProcessDriven's vision is all about how supportive systems create supported teams, which leads to successful organisations. I wanted to help them achieve the same with their own brand by setting them up with systems for any of their team to implement their brand.
We created templates for social media posts, community graphics, email newsletters, YouTube thumbnails, and more.
Layla then also worked with Martin Cris to apply the brand to a new website.
