Designed the complete experience for HaulerHub, a logistics SaaS platform connecting shippers, carriers, and drivers in one ecosystem. The goal was to make freight operations simple, transparent, and efficient through thoughtful workflows and real-time automation.
My work focused on redesigning key user journeys: load creation, offer negotiation, shipment tracking, and invoicing. I led the design for three main personas: shipper, carrier, and driver, ensuring each had a smooth, intuitive, and purpose-driven experience tailored to their daily operations.
A major highlight was creating the AI Copilot, a conversational assistant that helps users generate structured load details instantly. I also designed Drive Mode for drivers, which merges navigation, live chat, and proof of delivery in one focused view.
Throughout the project, I developed detailed user flows, prototypes, and a scalable design system in Figma. We tested interactions with real users on Maze to refine usability and decision flow.
