In this users portal website, I am responsible for creating the technological infrastructure of a document exchange platform, which involves managing and optimizing server configurations, ensuring data security protocols, and implementing scalable and efficient backend solutions. This portal was created with Wordperss and Enfold theme, using plugins like Use-your-drive to handle file exchange and Ultimate members for the Users profiles.
Additionally, I work to enhance the platform’s user experience by continuously monitoring and improving performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with the development team to implement new features and functionalities.
We are upgrading this platform in collaboration with a 3rd party sofware company where I took the role of PM.
