Over the years, I’ve taken on the responsibility of overseeing the entire technological aspect of Grupolive. As the demands of this digital era emerged, we found it necessary to develop a specific internal system for users using Angular, implemented by third parties. In this context, my role becomes crucial in bridging the gap between the company and customer needs and the execution by the developers. I’ve facilitated this process by developing tracking tools, planning based on Airtable, bug trackers, to-do lists, and closely monitoring the work progress of developers. Therefore, I serve as a kind of “Project Manager” in ensuring seamless communication and effective project execution.
