Beauty Salon Booking Platform (Anything)
Project Overview
This was a one-off custom project built for a beauty salon that needed a simple yet powerful way to manage online bookings.
The entire platform - both client-facing and admin - was built using Anything, allowing us to design custom logic without traditional development.
Phase 1 - Client Booking Experience
We designed a step-by-step booking flow that guides users through the process with clarity and confidence.
→ Multi-step booking timeline
→ Service selection with category filtering (hair, nails, brows, etc.)
→ Specialist selection based on availability and service type
→ Dynamic calendar showing only real, available time slots
→ Automatic booking confirmation sent via email
→ Branded UI aligned with the salon’s visual identity
Phase 2 - Admin Panel Architecture
Alongside the booking flow, we built a custom admin panel inside Anything for internal management.
→ Services manager with editable duration, price, and category
→ Specialist profiles with individual schedules
→ Logic for matching services + specialists + available time slots
→ Real-time overview of all bookings
→ Client data management
→ Booking status updates, edits, and cancellations
→ Secure admin access and role-based permissions
Final Outcome
The result is a fully branded, scalable booking platform that improves the client experience and significantly simplifies internal salon operations.
