To create a modern brand identity and packaging system for Bruology, a coffee subscription that delivers fresh beans, ground coffee, and compostable pods in low-waste packaging. The goal was to design a brand that feels modern, sustainable, and premium, while standing out in a saturated coffee market.

Align the design with eco-conscious values without looking generic or “greenwashed.”
Build a flexible packaging system that scales across formats (bags, pods, boxes).
Communicate both quality + sustainability to appeal to modern, eco-aware coffee lovers.

To extend the Bruology identity beyond static visuals, I created a smooth logo animation in Adobe After Effects. The motion reflects the brand’s calm, intentional energy, mimicking the slow pour or fill of brewing coffee.
This dynamic element adds depth to the visual identity, making it more engaging for digital platforms and storytelling. It reinforces Bruology’s philosophy of mindfulness in motion.

Differentiation: Many sustainable coffee brands lean on earthy, muted tones and traditional visuals. This needed a fresh, modern approach.
Consistency Across Formats: Designing packaging that looks cohesive across bags, refill packs, and pod boxes while still highlighting product differences.
Balancing Premium with Eco-Friendly: Ensuring the brand feels premium and lifestyle-driven, while still staying grounded in low-waste, compostable materials.
