As a Martech Team Lead in the internal marketing department of a 1000-employee company, I oversaw a small team responsible for driving inbound and outbound marketing efforts while supporting all other departments within the organization. In this role, I held a pivotal position in managing conversion KPIs and performance metrics. Working closely with a dedicated content team led by another team lead, we collectively aimed to enhance brand awareness and maximize website traffic.

Responsibilities

Managed a small team: Led a dedicated team within the internal marketing department, collaborating closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance.
Handled automation and IT collaboration: Actively engaged with the IT department to develop and implement automated solutions, leveraging APIs and CRM automation. This partnership streamlined processes and enhanced efficiency across marketing campaigns.
Resposible for email and SMS marketing: Oversaw the email and SMS marketing strategies, utilizing targeted messaging to engage with the audience effectively.
Conducted experiments across multiple channels: Ran several experiments across various marketing channels, including email, SMS, and Facebook ads. This approach allowed for continuous optimization and improved campaign performance.
Managed Facebook ads lead generation: Developed multiple funnels tailored to different departments, maximizing lead generation efforts through strategic Facebook advertising campaigns.
Collaborated with a web developer and UX designer: Worked closely with a web developer and UX designer within my team to ensure seamless website functionality and an optimal user experience.
Worked with BI department for reporting: Collaborated with the Business Intelligence department to generate insightful reports on marketing performance and ROI, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Contributed to internal product management: Played a role in internal product management, providing valuable insights and feedback to refine and optimize company offerings.

Successfully launched the MMS feature in Bitrix after years of effort
