In this project, I successfully developed and implemented a robust customer journey workflow designed to enhance customer engagement and communication. The primary objective was to track key customer journey events and seamlessly trigger personalized text messages and emails based on these events.
Key Components and Tools:
1. **CRM Integration with Airtable:**
- Airtable served as the centralized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for managing and organizing customer data. The integration with Airtable allowed for a comprehensive view of customer interactions, enabling efficient tracking and analysis of important events.
2. **Data Integration with Make:**
- The Make platform played a pivotal role in integrating data and events from various sources, including the application, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and email campaigns. This integration facilitated real-time data synchronization and ensured that the customer journey workflow was informed by the most up-to-date information.
3. **Event Triggering Mechanism:**
- Leveraging the capabilities of Make, the system was designed to intelligently trigger actions based on significant customer journey events. Whether it was a user interaction within the application, analytics data from GA4, or responses from email campaigns, the workflow responded dynamically to these events.
4. **Personalized Communication with Mailchimp:**
- Mailchimp was employed as the automated email delivery platform to send personalized messages to customers. The integration with Mailchimp allowed for the creation and management of tailored email campaigns triggered by specific customer actions. This personalized approach aimed to enhance customer engagement and foster stronger relationships.
