OVERVIEW
This project focused on evolving Parcia’s existing brand system rather than redesigning it
from scratch.
The work covered brand positioning refinement, persona updates, visual & photographic direction, and integration of the updated brand language across marketing and product touchpoints.
REASON
This evolution was driven by the strategic need to align the brand’s visual language with Parcia’s transition into AI-centric products and a more technically engaged audience. The refined brand direction supports clearer communication of technological confidence and long-term growth positioning.
ROLE
Brand management and strategic direction
Art and visual direction
Brand positioning and narrative development
Visual system refinement and cross-team alignment
I worked at the intersection of brand, marketing, and product, defining how Parcia should be perceived as it scaled its AI technologies. This included setting brand priorities, directing visual and communication strategies, and aligning creative output with long-term positioning

Refined brand personas to reflect a broader and more technically aware user base
Updated the brand narrative to emphasize intelligence, scalability, and future readiness
Defined a new photographic and visual direction to support storytelling across marketing channels
Ensured visual consistency by integrating the updated brand language into UI and digital product touchpoint
These decisions collectively strengthen the brand’s ability to communicate its technological leadership and support ongoing product evolution within a cohesive visual framework.
OUTCOME
As a result of the brand repositioning, Parcia strengthened its visibility and market presence across digital platforms. The updated strategy and visual language contributed to increased brand recognition, stronger audience engagement, and notable success on social channels including winning Click Is The New Currency Award and Scroll-Stopper Award through TikTok-driven brand campaigns.
