Telescoped is a U.S.-based company that built a trust-based hiring network to help companies hire recommended engineers. The model is designed to reduce marketplace noise by using referrals, community reputation, and a more curated pipeline. The platform also supports global hiring with options like payroll and benefits.

Explaining a trust-based referral model without sounding vague
Supporting two user journeys without duplicating content
Turning “recommended talent” into clear business value
Establishing credibility quickly in a crowded category
Creating a clear path to action for both companies and engineers

Approach

The work focused on structure, clarity, and conversion, while leaning into the site’s non-standard layout.
Clear entry point: The homepage explains what Telescoped does and who it is for in the first scroll
Intent-based segmentation: Content is split into clear paths for Companies and Engineers
Unorthodox structure, controlled pacing: Instead of a standard section stack, the page flow is designed to guide attention through key moments and reduce skimming past important points
Smooth scroll progression: Smooth scrolling and reveal timing make each core section land cleanly as the user moves down the page, so the main ideas are seen in sequence
Outcome-driven copy: Messaging focuses on quality, speed, fit, and fewer wasted interviews
Trust cues: Social proof and process clarity are surfaced early to support confidence
CTA placement: Calls to action are placed after key explanations, not repeated without reason

The final site is structured to be easy to understand and easy to navigate, even with a less typical layout.
