Business consulting project in association with Columbia Hospitality and the University of Washington School of Business.
The Challenge: Find a solution for Columbia Hospitality to effectively compete with rapidly expanding sharing economy rivals such as Airbnb, while also ensuring customer loyalty across all of their properties.
My consulting team and I worked on a project for three weeks, devising a solution to assist Columbia Hospitality in competing against peer-to-peer sharing sites. We had the opportunity to present our findings in front of a panel of judges comprising of esteemed executives from Columbia Hospitality, and we were delighted to have secured second place.
