Development of Customizable Product Mockup Library

Project Overview As Lead Graphic & Mockup Designer at MyDesigns.io, I built and managed a library of over 7,000+ customizable product mockups used across MyDesigns and Printify integration in Print-on-Demand scene.

This project involved creating high quality and realistic product visuals that could be customized at scale through bulk workflows, allowing sellers to instantly create product listings with different designs, product colors, and variations without the manual workflows.

The mockups combined real product photography assets, AI generated images, advance retouching, smart object automation to create production-ready advertising assets for thousands of online sellers.

The Goal The goal was simple: Help sellers launch products at fast-paced while looking more professional in just a single click.

The challenges were:

Buyers can spot fake-looking mockups suprisingly fast.

Every mockup I created carefully retouched and color-corrected to closely match the actual product colors, reducing visual discrepancies between product lisitng and customer expectations.

Many of the lifestyle scenes were generated using AI-assisted workflow, then I refined through Photoshop compositing, retouching, lighting adjustment, and product matching. The goal is to make people forget AI was involved at all.

Each mockup was carefully designed to support:

Results The mockup library became a huge part of MyDesigns ecosystem, supporting over 3,000 subscribed sellers and helping streamline the product listing creation across multiple POD marketplaces like Etsy, WooCommerce, Shopify, etc.

The system enabled to sellers to generated professional product imagery at scale, significantly reducing the production time while improving listing quality and selling experience.

The mockups contributed to sellers with some generating six-figure revenues through faster product launches, stronger visual presentation, and scalable listing workflows.
