The problem

Central is an AI front desk and back office platform, calls, chats, DMs, forms, and follow-ups handled by AI across 8+ products. The brand needed to hold together a wide product surface (receptionist, live chat, outbound, scheduler, CRM, docs) without feeling like ten separate tools bolted together, and the site needed to explain a genuinely complex platform without turning into a wall of feature bullets.

Brand identity

Built the identity system in Figma: logo lockups, a primary and secondary color palette (deep blue, cyan, purple, lilac against a neutral grey base), a two-typeface system (Geist for headlines, Inter for body and UI text), gradient treatments, and stroke/line motifs used throughout the site to guide the eye and tie sections together spatially.

Website

Designed and built the marketing site in Framer, 5-10 pages covering the platform overview, individual product pages (AI Receptionist, Live Chat Agent, Executive Assistant, Scheduler, CRM), and supporting pages. React used for custom interactive components beyond what Framer's native tooling covers.
The homepage walks through the platform in stages: the core problem (fragmented tools), how the OS ties everything together, the 10-product suite, and three narrative sections (After Hours, Scaling without hiring, Monday morning) that show the product working rather than just listing what it does.
Motion was used throughout to reinforce the "always-on" positioning: state transitions, scoped panel animations, and reveal sequences, built to communicate how the product behaves rather than to decorate the page.
