Americor

Americor is a debt relief company that has been helping Americans for over 10 years. They have many accreditations and over 850 employees across the country. They even won the Top Workplaces USA award.

I joined Americor in 2020 as a Product Designer for the Client Portal. We revamped the whole web platform and updated our mobile apps.

While I can't share a lot of details about my work, I can show some visuals and share our results.

Our web-based customer satisfaction rate is 75%, while our mobile applications have received a 4.8-star rating on the Apple Store and 4.6 stars on Google Play.

We've also built strong online support systems for our clients. This has cut down our support call volume by 30%.

We created a Facebook group called Americor Debt Communiti, which has almost 18k members. It's a suppotive space where people can ask questions and find help because we understand that being in debt is stressful. The group is helping to keep people in our program, which is great for the business.
