Ontic Pte Ltd.
Neufin is a partner and aggregator for green finance for businesses in India.
I worked closely with one of the co-founders of this company as a UX and product consultant. I partnered with the tech lead at Ontic who was also the Product manager for this project.
Since this was a completely new domain and the concept is nascent in India it required extensive research and understanding about the domain and company itself.
I worked on creating an ecosystem map which helped in for a better understanding of the domain, actors and interconnections as the overall business model was quite complicated. This was highly appreciated by all stakeholders and helped in future decision-making and changes.

Conclusion

I worked on the end-to-end flow of project listings. These listings were important to establish the business mode for the client to get the businesses and consulting firms connected via contracts.
I also was a part of most strategic discussions as there was a lot to do and prioritise.
I worked on the carbon Access module where companies once listed and onboarded could see a dashboard view of their projects and status.
A flexible form model was also created with the Development team who aced in the backend - which allowed the client to quickly create and onboard projects. The UX for this was done by me. This required betting through complicated Excel sheets to come up with patterns and templates alike.
To summarise the flow at a high level, once forms are created at the client's end the link is sent to project companies to fill up all information about the project and submit. This information is then added to the listing. The listing is checked by consultants and they bid for the same. After a successful match and contract, the companies can view their progress on dashboards.
