Visual identity for Offlimits, an expertise bureau combatting online transgressive behaviour and creating a safer digital world.
Offlimits, formerly known as EOKM, is an expertise bureau for online abuse. The new name is reflecting the organisation’s broader core mission: combatting online transgressive behaviour and creating a safer digital world. The logo is a play with a stripe placed on top of the word off, symbolising the limits to not cross. The communication drives this principle further, by striping the off-limits words such as excesses and transgressive. The typography has a bold and activist character. To balance it, the colours are informative and professional, yet eye-catching and easily recognisable. The new visual identity for Offlimits conveys a sense of urgency while being a trusted flagger for any internet citizen.
