This project involved designing and implementing a HubSpot CRM system focused on lead management, sales pipeline organization, and workflow automation for businesses handling inbound leads and sales opportunities.
The main challenge was that lead tracking and sales management processes were being handled manually, making it difficult to organize contacts, monitor deal stages, track follow-ups, and maintain visibility across the sales pipeline. The business needed a centralized CRM system that could automate lead management processes and improve operational efficiency.
To solve this, I built a structured HubSpot CRM workflow system that automated lead capture, contact organization, deal pipeline tracking, and sales activity management. The system included custom pipeline stages, automated workflows, contact segmentation, dashboard reporting, and real-time lead tracking processes.
I also implemented automation workflows to reduce repetitive manual tasks and improve follow-up consistency across the sales process. The CRM was structured to provide better visibility into leads, deals, and sales performance while keeping all customer information centralized in one place.
