Overview

Fluce is a Dubai-based real estate tokenization brand redefining property ownership through blockchain technology. The goal was to create a visual identity that feels both architectural and digital, sophisticated enough to appeal to high-end investors while staying grounded in modern innovation.
The new brand system had to balance luxury real estate aesthetics with cutting-edge tech, bridging timeless design with forward-thinking simplicity.

Challenge

The main challenge was positioning Fluce as a premium, trustworthy, and global brand within the fast-evolving tokenization space, without relying on overly “crypto” visuals.
We needed a brand that could visually align with Dubai’s architectural prestige while also translating seamlessly across digital platforms, UI, and investor materials. Every detail had to communicate clarity, structure, and value.

Process

We started with brand positioning, defining Fluce as architectural elegance meets modern tokenization. From there, I developed a complete identity system, including:
Logo Design: A symmetrical, architectural mark symbolizing stability, growth, and connection.
Typography: A refined serif paired with a clean modern sans-serif for balance and versatility.
Color Palette: Contrasting neutrals, architectural grays, and warm golds to express prestige and trust.
Style Guide: Detailed rules for color balance, contrast, and usage across web and print.
Applications: :Mockup assets of digital banners, architectural visuals...
The final system was built for scalability, with multiple tagline variations and a flexible brand toolkit that extends into future product and UI design.
Outcome
Fluce’s new identity captures the essence of luxury innovation: elegant, minimal, and globally resonant. The visual system elevates the brand beyond the tech space, positioning it as a leader in real estate tokenization and a trusted name in architectural investment.
Every element works together to tell a cohesive story of refinement and progress, a brand designed to build trust, inspire ownership, and stand the test of time.
