Neurolux needed a web platform to bring AI-powered sales coaching to enterprise clients. The core challenge wasn't just visual — it was structural: three distinct user roles, each with different permissions, all sharing the same interface without creating confusion.

We designed the full UX flow and UI system alongside the TNY.co team — from wireframes to a developer-ready Figma file. The design went through a major pivot mid-project, shifting from a dark theme to a lighter visual direction, without touching the underlying structure.

The result: a platform where every user lands exactly where they need to be, a UI system built to scale as features are added, and zero ambiguity for the dev team during implementation.
