Orbix Studio

Project Management Mobile App When you're managing five client projects at once on your phone, you're jumping between apps, pinching into spreadsheets, hunting for the right status, and guessing which task is actually blocking progress today. Most project management tools are built for engineering workflows; creative teams end up forcing their project names and design deliverables into systems that weren't made for them.
The Solution: We designed Orbix Studio PM, a lightweight project management mobile app built for design studios and creative agencies tracking multiple client projects simultaneously. The layout stays white and open with a bottom nav with four tabs (Home, Project, Calendar, Settings), a floating green action button, and grouped task lists that collapse by time period so nothing competes for attention. No buried settings, no dashboard overload, no switching to a desktop to see the full picture.
What we focused on:
Project List View: The table layout groups active projects UI Finance Mobile, Dashboard Finance, Exploration UI Mobile, UI Marketplace, and Landing Page under This Month, Next Month, and Last Month collapsible sections; 09 hidden tasks are surfaced with one tap so the list never overwhelms.
Productivity KPIs Donut Chart: Weekly snapshot shows 250 tasks done with color-coded segments for stuck (02), in progress (03), in review (03), and done (03) team health readable before the morning standup.
Today's task cards: Two active cards show "Create mood boards and visual references mobile apps," each at 26%. On progress, a 9 hr time estimate, 10+ member avatars, and attachment/comment counts are everything needed to pick up a task without opening it.
Gantt View Tab: Switches the same project list into a weekly horizontal timeline for 04 September 2023; day columns run Sunday through Friday, so deadline gaps are visible at a glance.
Task Calendar Week View: The day-by-day grid for the week of September 11–16 shows two "Create visual mood boards" task cards with a 01:25 hr duration, completed 100%, and a 32% progress status badge, and 10+ assignee avatars—progress traceable without leaving the calendar.
Quick Stats Row: The home screen surfaces 08 recent tasks, 03 due projects, 04 discussion messages, and 03 comments in a four-icon stat strip the numbers a studio lead checks first thing, within thumb reach.
Floating Action Button: Green plus button fixed above the bottom nav on every screen; adding a task, project, or calendar entry never requires navigating away from the current view.
