I decided to join the @Base44 #GiveItAGlow challenge by helping a local event venue transform their traditional workflow into a premium, automated digital management platform. The Problem: The business managed ticket sales completely manually through chaotic messaging threads and notebooks, suffering from a total lack of inventory control, blind management of multiple dates, and last-minute no-shows. The Solution: I built a fully responsive enterprise-grade Web App using Base44 connected to a powerful backend automation engine that solves the problem end-to-end: 1️⃣ Event & User Management: A robust administrative panel to create events, manage user access, and configure the exact number of available seats per show. 2️⃣ Live Analytics Dashboard: A real-time visual control panel to monitor event status and total reserved seat occupancy. 3️⃣ Real-Time Seat Mapping: An interactive grid where users select their exact seats. The system immediately locks and freezes the inventory to prevent double-bookings. 4️⃣ Automated Sold Out Control: Once the configured capacity is reached, the system automatically disables further reservations. 5️⃣ Multi-Language Support: Fully optimized for both local and international audiences with a seamless language switcher. 6️⃣ QR Validation & Notification Ecosystem: Automated delivery of details via WhatsApp and generation of a unique, dynamic QR code ticket that venue staff can scan to validate access in real time.From manual notebooks to a production-ready, automated management ecosystem.
