Objective: Secure full barter-based collaborations (stay, dining, and experiences) for a Vietnam content trip.
Strategy: Conducted large-scale targeted outreach to 600+ premium hotels, restaurants, and activity brands across Vietnam within 20 days.
Execution: Crafted personalized pitches, managed follow-ups, and negotiated deliverables aligned with the creator’s brand value and audience profile.
Results:
Successfully closed 8 collaborations, including 4 high-end hotels, 3 restaurants, and 1 show/activity partner.
Ensured zero out-of-pocket expenses for the trip through full barter exchanges.
Strengthened the client’s brand credibility and opened avenues for repeat collaborations in Southeast Asia.
