JK - Speed Tours is a luxury boat tour service offering high-speed coastal rides, private charters, and adventure packages. The client needed a mobile app that would allow users to browse, book, and manage boat tours effortlessly, all while reflecting the premium and adventurous feel of their brand.

My role was to lead the end-to-end UI/UX design of the mobile application (iOS & Android), covering everything from wireframes to final visuals and interactive prototype.

The existing booking process was offline and time-consuming

No centralized platform for schedules, boat availability, or reviews

Lack of modern, digital presence to match the brand’s luxury offering
