Fox Valley Plastic Surgery approached this project with a core problem: their homepage wasn’t converting. While the practice had strong expertise and a trusted reputation, the website felt outdated, overly clinical, and disconnected from the emotional needs of potential patients.
The goal wasn’t just to redesign the homepage, but to reshape perception, build trust, and guide users toward booking a consultation with confidence.

The Challenge

The existing experience created friction at every level.
The layout lacked clear hierarchy and direction
